The Adirondack Trust Company (ATC) is located on the corner of Broadway and Church Street, in a building dating from 1916.

This significant renovation aimed at incorporating contemporary banking practices and needs into a historically significant space involved upgrading of the main banking hall and related spaces, along with areas directly adjacent. This also included the mezzanine, main entrance vestibule and secondary entrance on the northeast corner. While restoring the space new teller counters and officers stations were inserted.
